Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Our work together is shaped by both your immediate needs and your long-term vision for your life. We'll identify what matters most to you—your values, goals, and hopes—and build a path forward that supports meaningful change.

Individual session times are on average an hour long.

All sessions are conducted virtually at this time.
